General Information

Hall Details

TamJen Hall can accommodate up to 85 people cocktail style event or up to 65 people seated. We tailor to your specific needs. We allow you to use your own caterer and to bring in your own beverages.  We will set up the space according to your function and make your event memorable!

Parking

We have parking on the side and in the back of our building. We also have spill-over parking available in the lot south of the building (former gas station) which makes for ample parking.

Hall Clean-up

We have included a cleaning fee in the price of the hall rental. Client must remove all decorations and put all trash in the provided bins, sweep the floor of all trash. A complete list of cleaning requirements will be given upon your rental. There will be a $50 charge if the renter does not comply with cleaning instructions or if the owner deems cleaning was not appropriate.

Security

Please be advised that the Hall has security camera's throughout.  Inside and out.

Building Access

An event staff person will meet you to let you in the building and will return upon the ending of your event. All rental times include set up and clean up time. Please plan accordingly.

No smoking, vaping, drugs or firearms in building

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, drugs and firearms are absolutely prohibited in the building or on the property. Should we determine someone in your event violated these restrictions, there will be a charge assessed to the credit card on file for $1,000. 

Sales Tax

Please note: Sales tax is not included in rental prices. Per State law, sales tax will be charged in addition to the rental charges.

Deposit & Rental Agreement

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and a $150.00 deposit at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your event. The $150.00 will be applied toward the total cost of your rental. You will be charged a damage fee should your event not end on time,  you did not do the required cleaning, there was actual damage to the hall, you violated one of the agreements in the rental agreement or there was unauthorized use of the hall.  Damage fee will be determined by the owners of the hall.
